I was very unhappy with the service I recieved from the original installer. The service man failed to tell me the parts were under warranty, and also indicated I might just need a new furnace. He said he would call me back with a price to fix the furnace as well as the price of a new one. So I decided to contact a young man from my church who works for Zebell's. He immediately told me my parts were under warranty and had the parts ordered within 3 days and the furnace fixed. What great service I recieved from this serviceman at Zebell's, this company will be getting all my business. Thanks again to an honesty and helpful serviceman.
