CLASSES

Choose from one of our many classes below. We offer standard women’s fitness classes, as well as combination classes. Choose from cardio strip, trampoline, Yoga, or learn how to pole dance. Pick from any of the exercise classes listed below.

Pole Aerobics

No dancing involved. Total body strength and toning class using a vertical pole. All the joy of learning a series of dazzling swings on the pole while toning your entire body. No Jewelry (it scratches the pole) No lotion (you slide right off).

Pilates

A series of non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance with a focus on core (abs) work.

Booty Camp

Just what it says, lots of cardio with weights, bands, whatever they can think of to get your booty in shape.TSR

Yoga

A specialized class using yoga techniques to help tone and stretch the muscles as well as relax the mind and body.

Tonga

A class that combines body toning and basic yoga poses. Energize your body, mind and spirit. Tonga ends with a hand massage and a lavender towel to pamper you.

Barre None

Using a folding chair and mat this body sculpting class creates long lean muscles with a series of modified ballet moves while maintaining an intense pace that burns calories and increases stamina. Small moves big results.

Cardio Class

All Cardio. Floor aerobics, rebounder, whatever we can think of to get your heart rate up and the scale down. TSR

Total Tone

Balls, bands, magic rings, weights. This class will tone your entire body. Part Barre None, Part Nip & Tuck. TSR

Zumba

Latin dance moves, Latin music and the most fun you will have burning calories. Try it. It has HEAT. TSR

Kill Bill

By using a weighted fitness sword and Forza martial arts moves on the rebounder this class guarantees to get your heart rate up and frustration down. TSR

Cardio Ball

Have fun with a stability ball while working your entire body. This class also uses the circuit training sequence of alternating aerobic/anaerobic intervals. TSR
