Boulevard Steakhouse was founded in December of 1998. It was a fresh new concept to follow the fast-growing Café 501 (www.cafe501.com).

Peter and Sheree Holloway wanted to open an upscale steakhouse with qualities indigenous of larger cities, but in a neighborhood setting. A steakhouse that not only offers delectable food, but also an immense inventory of wine.

For 10 years Boulevard Steakhouse has been favored by Oklahomans and visiting guests. It has flourished with a comfortable, romantic appeal. USDA approved Prime Beef is used for every cut of beef and Chef Jimmy Stepney continually raises the bar with his outstanding specials and specialty dinners.
