Our chocolate manufacturing kitchen is located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We chose Coeur d’Alene in our name because of the beauty and charm of the city on the lake. We control the entire handmade process from start to finish and we do not rely on machines to do the work. This allows us to deliver First-Class products in small batches that are unique and gratifying. A high quality product starts with a vision but can only be obtained using the best ingredients available. That is why our chocolates are made with only the finest gourmet ingredients. We use chocolate from the world renowned manufacturer – Guittard Chocolate Company in San Francisco, California. Everything is handmade, in small batches, with a focus on freshness and flavor to achieve a difference you can taste. Handmade means we actually take hours to create each small batch of chocolate. The award winning recipes have been perfected to create some of the best products on the market. Each recipe we make brings to you a commitment of freshness and quality, as well as a bit of elegance from Coeur d’Alene.
