Schedule for 2011-2012
Classes begin--Tuesday, September 6, 2011
Thanksgiving Break--November 19-November 27, 2011 (Last day of class November 18. Classes resume November 28).
Christmas Break--December 17, 2011-January 8, 2012 (Last day of class December 16. Classes resume January 9, 2012).
Spring Break--April 4-April 10, 2012 (Last day of classes April 3. Classes resume April 11, 2012).
Picture Day--Saturday, May 19, 2012 (Cheekwood Studios).
Last day of class--Friday, May 25, 2012. (Extra Rehearsal/Make-up days: May 28-Recital).
Dress Rehearsal--Wednesday, May 30, 2012 (Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall, River Campus, SEMO).
Recital--Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2, 2012 (Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall, River Campus, SEMO).
Class Cancellations
We will follow the Cape Public Schools schedule for inclement weather cancellations (thunderstorms, tornadoes, flooding, snow, ice
or any weather warnings) and school holidays. If the Cape Schools are closed, we are closed. Note above that some of our
vacations are different from the schools. If in doubt, call our answering machine or check our website.
Tuition Rates
To calculate your monthly tuition, add up the number of classes to be taken each month by using the numbers on the right hand
column. Then, find your fees using the left hand column.

Dance 3 Fee=$80.00 (Ballet, tap, jazz combo)
Payments
Payments are due at the first class of each month. A late fee will be charged on the 15th of the month if payment is not
received. If fees are not paid according to this schedule, you will not be allowed to return the next month. PLEASE WRITE
YOUR CHILD

Costume Fees
Costume fees must be paid no later than November 1, 2011. Tights and other accessories will be an additional fee. No
costumes will be ordered unless paid for by this date.

Dress Requirements for Classes
Ballet--solid color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers
Tap--solid color leotard, tights, no street clothes. Check with studio on shoes.
Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop: solid leotard, tights, no street clothes. Tan jazz shoes--preferably slip-ons
Dance I, II, Stars: solid leotard, pink tights, black low-heeled tap shoes, pink ballet slippers
Clothing available at Target, Wal-Mart, Hansel & Gretel, shoes at Payless, Wal-Mart, Brownʼs or Hansel and Gretel
