Modern design, luxury finishes create cosmopolitan atmosphere for specialty cocktails and fine dining

Pittsburgh residents can enjoy world-class dining with a local flair at Restaurant Echo, a stylish new dining destination in Cranberry Township. With casual bistro seating, Restaurant Echo serves European-influenced New American cuisine featuring locally grown produce, locally raised animals, and hand-crafted breads, pasta and sauces.

Designed to evoke a sophisticated, modern vibe, Restaurant Echo’s lounge features a towering white-on-white fireplace and an interior-lit, glass-walled wine room. Chic couches and chairs provide comfortable seating for patrons to enjoy more than 40 beers as well as specialty cocktails and appetizers.

Restaurant Echo’s fresh, seasonal menus are created by Executive Chef and owner Brian Hammond.

Among Restaurant Echo’s featured dishes are:

• Pappardelle with lamb shoulder – housemade pappardelle pasta, red wine-braised lamb shoulder, slow-cooked with white asparagus, tomato, spinach and locally-grown young winter squash in a brown butter sage demi-glace. Lamb raised in Ruff Creek, PA; produce sourced from Shelocta, PA.
  
  
• Pork sausage with lentils – Fresh sausage made in-house from Pennsylvania pork, roasted seasonal root vegetables and stewed French lentils. Pork raised in Indiana, PA; produce grown in Sligo, PA.
  
  
• Frisée salad with duck confit - Duck legs slowly cooked in a traditional confit style with crisped skin, served with frisée, carmelized shallots and whole grain mustard vinaigrette. Produce sourced from Shelocta, PA.
