Shear Talent has over 40 employees.  This includes 23 talented hair dressers, and 2 nail techs.  Shear Talent is a family oriented business.  Robert's wife, Kim is also a hair designer at the salon.  His mother-in-law, Vi, is one of the many friendly, helpful receptionists.
