Lindsay Hiratzka is a native of the Bay Area, born and raised in Berkeley, graduated from Cal with a degree in Sociology and raised 2 daughters in San Ramon while enjoying a long career in home-financing. He is grateful to contribute to an industry that continues to be an integral part of the American way of life. He has seen amazing changes in the San Ramon Valley in terms of growth and cultural diversity since first moving here in 1978.

After a long-run at World Savings/Wachovia, Lindsay joined the Walnut Creek office of PNC Mortgage in 2010. PNC Mortgage is a division of PNC Bank, NA, the 6^th largest bank in the U.S. They are a direct lender with the capability of lending not only in California, but in the rest of the country as well.

PNC specialize in residential 1-4 unit home mortgage financing, purchases, refinances, fixed and adjustable rates, conventional and government-insured (FHA/VA) programs.
They offer 30 year fixed (15 year as well), 5/1, 7/1 & 10/ Arms, conforming, super-conforming and jumbo loans to $2.0M.
They also offer FHA and VA loans including the FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan, and the Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (VA).
Additionally, PNC Mortgage has the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) for existing PNC Mortgage customers whose loans are eligible.
