Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin is committed to assisting homeless and at-risk veterans in returning to a life of normalcy. The brave men and women who donned the uniform of our Armed Forces have earned and deserve a hand up should they fall on hard times. We are here to provide just that, a hand up. VOW is a 501(c)3 non-profit headquartered in Racine Wisconsin who provides food, clothing, shelter and other basic human needs to Veterans in need.
