There are many choices for travel today.  As a consultant, my job is to assist everyone in making the vacation choices that fit their needs, their desires, and their pocketbook.  I enjoy making your travel dreams come true My name is Nancy Bjerstedt and I opened my agency in 2002.  I have been an agent since 1991 and earned by Certified Travel Consultant certification (CTC) in 1992.  Having worked in travel most of my adult career, both on a small ship and large hotel, my passion is to help people find the right trip that will make memories that last a lifetime.

I work with families to find that "together time" so needed in today's busy world.  I love to assist in planning multigenerational trips to reconnect gown families, and I always enjoy planning trips for couples - for both exploration and relaxation.

I enjoy working with small groups who share a common interest.

My clients often refer me to their friends and relatives and I appreciate the confidence that they show to me.

TRAVEL ON PARK is a home-based agency in Waukegan, IL.   What is great about communication today is that I am able to service clients all over the country.  While I prefer calls between 8:30AM and 5:00PM Central Time, I can take your call earlier in the day or later in the evening and in emergencies over the weekends.  I'm happy to have you in my home office by appointment, or meet you at your home or convenient café nearby.

My host agency is UNIGLOBE TRAVEL in California.  They provide me with access to the sales managers who can help with special requests and exclusive offers on cruises and tours. They provide accounting, tracking, and education on procedures that keep my time free to service you, the client.  UNIGLOBE also hosts an annual conference providing education, face time with providers, and special incentives.  UNIGLOBE provides me with membership to VACATION.COM, a leading leisure travel marketing organization serving a network of almost 5,100 travel agency locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

There is a fee for an air only transaction.  If a client also has an extensive individualized itinerary to plan a service fee will also be discussed.
