Short Roots Urban Farm is a local military veteran family-run business located in the heart of Kenosha, WI that has been producing delicious  microgreens since 2016 but was established in late 2019.  Our products are grown fresh in a controlled climate grow room we believe that everything should be done naturally so we use NON GMO seeds and use natural methods for growth , so you can be sure you are buying the best quality produce.
