It all started when Jeremy Doering bought his 1st duplex in 2001, he was intrigued by the process and wanted to learn everything possible to ensure he was making a smart financial decision. He was so captivated that he quit his job and took a position as a mortgage loan officer with Hartland Mortgage Centers Inc. In the 1st year, he exceeded all expectations through hard work and discipline. He delivered a simple philosophy, in all interactions maintain integrity, provide sincerity with a humanistic approach and always follow through with one’s promises. He was quickly promoted to manager and ran 2 offices with 14 + employees. He built an immense referral network, personally leading the office in production for the next 4 years.
In 2005 Jeremy left Wisconsin and opened a mortgage and real estate company in Las Vegas. He partnered with a friend and mentor at Desert Highlands Realty, dba Master Real Estate Systems in 2005. The next 4 years were spent building a company that provided a high-level of service to clients from all around the world. As a result of this time fostering relationships and developing trusted and valued service in both the mortgage industry and real estate, he continues to have clients from all over the continental United States and Hawaii.
In 2009 Jeremy increased his experience with a move to San Diego, CA. He earned his mortgage and real estate license in CA and then partnered up with the GreenHouse Group, a prominent real estate company.
In late 2011, he moved back to Wauwatosa, WI. He came back to his roots, motivated by a desire to be closer to family, the beauty of having all four seasons and the special community of people in Wisconsin. Since returning to Wisconsin, Jeremy’s focus has been delivering real estate services in the Milwaukee, Waukesha and Racine Counties. He is currently created his own company offers Full Service Representation and Results with customized home selling plans. They are helping clients develop strategies and navigate the buying and selling process.

He owns multiple investment properties, has self-contracted multiple homes, renovated homes and owns a staging company.
