Having been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, Executive Chef Robert Klemm has worked with the area’s finest restaurants. Established in 2008, Chef Robert’s consulting firm has helped many new and well-established businesses throughout the state (including his own three restaurants). Chef Robert and his team help develop and implement programs using creative cost-effective solutions. They aid in marketing, promotions, and awareness via social platforms and marketing tools.
In early 2020, Chef Robert was recruited by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association as a Membership Engagement Representative for Milwaukee, Waukesha, and surrounding areas. The WRA was established in 1933 as Wisconsin’s foodservice non-profit trade organization supporting 7,000 member locations.
