Cool Beans Italian Bistro has unique and delicious Italian food in a family friendly atmosphere. Partner Lieu Ho is a Murfreesboro native and partner My-Khanh relocated here after hurricane Katrina. My-Khanh is trained in classic New Orleans Creole dishes. The combination of Italian and Creole flavors can be found in some of their specialty dishes such as the Crawfish Bisque and the Cajun Crawfish Pasta.

The quality of the products used in Cool Beans' dishes is obvious; all food is homemade daily. The chefs use only the freshest ingredients. There are seafood, pasta, and pizza flavors to tempt all taste buds. Fresh bread is baked daily and used in their dishes.
