The next time you take a leisurely drive around Le Center, you will likely see the progress being made in housing developments. Woelfel Building Construction, Inc. has helped Le Center grow over the past few years by opening up two new additions to the city.  In the business of building homes for over 44 years, the Woelfel's have purchased local land, made the improvements and opened up the 'Ahcita Addition' with 14 lots available.  Some were earmarked for townhomes and others for single family dwellings. Then in 2003 the Woelfel's developed their second addition, 'Woods Edge'. The lots are spacious and attractive and will accommodate a variety of different house plans. Currently in Woods Edge there are 14 single family lots and 12 town home lots.
