At dinner Stella Blue´s changes gears and offers an upscale menu featuring progressive cuisine that utilizes the freshest Maui produce and Haleakala Maui beef. Whenever you choose to go to Stella Blue´s, you will not be disappointed.

Stella Blues Cafe serves breakfast until 11 AM, followed by lunch, and then dinner from 5 PM. They call their food "new American comfort food." There are plenty of choices to satisfy everyone in the family. The breakfast menu includes Loco Moco and Burritos, as well as all the usual breakfast items.
