Circa 1700. This graceful English Tudor inn meanders down the hillside overlooking a pond framed by daffodils and 18 acres of estate grounds that include streams, gardens and wooded walks. The land once belonged to George Washington, and although most of the current structure was built in 1920, construction began in the 1700s. Decorated in a European country house style, the inn is replete with rich dark woods and interesting pieces that demand a lengthy stay to fully enjoy. In 2004 we purchased the Hillbrook Inn, A Country House Hotel. From the moment we drove down the driveway, we fell in love and knew we had to make it an important part of our life. We did not just want to hold this dream for ourselves; we wanted to share it with everyone!
