The Colleyville Area Chamber’s Board of Directors has many responsibilities. Two of our responsibilities include developing a strategic plan for the chamber and establishing policies to guide the chamber. This strategic plan should be the guiding document to help the chamber grow.

This year, the Board has chosen to use Value Driven Planning to assist in creating goals and objectives for the chamber. Mickey Moore of HPO Ventures and Perry McNeely of McNeely Business Advisors have graciously volunteered many hours in leading us through this process. We thank them for this work.
