Our tables, chairs, buffets, desks, beds, cabinets and armoires are shown in a variety of styles, including Renaissance Revival, Louis XV and XVI, Gothic, Baroque, Chippendale as well as Rustic and Asian. We offer cabinet making and customization of antiques in our showroom.

View our beautiful collection of fine 17th, 18th and 19th century antique bronze, Italian statues and French Empire gilt bronze urns. All are expertly cleaned.

Philosophy Antiques in Costa Mesa also has a wonderful collection of 18th and 19th century antique oil paintings and antique engravings and a wide variety of antique chandeliers with unique styles and sizes from traditional French Empire, bronze and crystal designs to French Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles. Each of our antique chandeliers is carefully cleaned. All our antiques are professionally crated for shipment anywhere in the world at a very reasonable price.

A passion for antiques, that's what Nina Naderchi, proprietor of Philosophy Antiques, embraces daily. With a background in interior design, she grew up with antiques and has been in the business for more than 20 years. She worked at the prestigious Steven-Thomas Antiques & Interiors beginning in 1998 for 12 years.

"While at Steven-Thomas, I loved re-designing kitchens with antiques," Naderchi recalls. "I can create and re-design antiques for any purpose and into any piece the client wants. Antiques are so versatile, and I think using them is the best way to be green and organic."

"I really want to help educate people about the fact that antiques are quality pieces, made with dedicated craftsmanship. They can be enjoyed as well as functional in any room in the house," shared Naderchi, who travels around the world to acquire unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. My goal is to truly send every piece to the right home," she said. "I believe I am the agent for antiques ... they find their owner."
