MESA VERDE HEALTH CARE

Mesa Verde is family owned and operated. We are an eighty bed fully certified facility with over one hundred employees dedicated to excellence in patient care. Our facility is nestled in a residential setting and our mission is to provide the highest level of quality care in our many and varied programs.

The quality of our care and personalized service is the result of direct care staffing that exceeds California State requirements. We regularly receive telephone calls from case managers, family members and even residents themselves requesting a reservation with us. Warm referrals from families and patients both past and present are available for review.

Mesa Verde's Rehab Success Story:

We boast some of the area's highest rehab success ratios, with the majority of our clients returning to their pre-admission levels. In November, 2009 our rehab ratios were:

92% returned home or transitioned to assisted living or board and care
5% transitioned to an acute rehab facility
Mesa Verde is proud of our rehabilitation ratios and our ability to return the majority of our clients to their prior levels of function.

Since Mesa Verde was incorporated in 1972, the principle philosophy behind its operation was that every resident be given the opportunity to live with respect and dignity and to reach their maximum potential. Nothing is more important than the welfare of the resident and our dedication to the primary goal of providing the highest quality nursing care will not be compromised. Providing service, with a commitment to upholding the dignity of each resident, has been a constant goal for all of the employees here. If we treat our residents with compassion, consideration, and concern, we shall meet this challenge and continue to be a successful operation.
