ALJOR MARINE CANVAS

Aljor Marine Canvas, Inc was founded in 1999 by Alicia D. Magaña and Sons. It all started in her car one dy with the vision of developing, growing and becoming known locally as one of the best in the Marine Canvas industry.

ALJOR is the combination of the 2 names of Alicia and her husband Jorge. Alicia began working in the Marine Canvas industry in 1988 as a seamstress with one of the best Marine Canvas Companies at that time in Orange County, CA. She also worked for Duffy’s Electric Boat Company manufacturing covers and enclosures. She mastered her talent working with other Marine Canvas Companies in Orange County, CA until she and her sons decided to start their own Company in 1999 combining their talents to become a family business.

Today ALJOR is run by Alicia’s Sons, Jorge and Juan Magaña. Jorge Magaña is the Sales Representative for the company, and Juan Magaña is the designer and installer of their canvas products. Jorge has more than 15 years of experience in sales, and Juan Magaña was formerly an Aerospace Technician building and manufacturing Space Satellites and airplane parts for different aerospace companies for 16 years before joining the family business.

We provide the finest custom designs using the finest and Top-quality fabric materials available, and have access to the majority of Southern California Marinas.

Today, our reputation for quality is still growing, and Dealerships such as Newport Boats, Olympic Boats, Heritage Boats, Marine Max and others utilize of our services. We have been manufacturing covers, enclosures, upholstery and outdoor Marine carpets for these Dealers.
