KIDS DAMAGE CONTROL-KDD
An introduction to mixed martial arts for kids ranging from ages 7 to 13. KIDS DAMAGE CONTROL combines the arts of Jiu-
Jitsu, wrestling, grappling, Muay Thai, kick-boxing and boxing. This is a non-agressive class which is defense oriented. Kids will
gain confidence, discipline and self-defense but most importantly will have fun doing it!
STAND-UP DAMAGE (SD)
Incorporates the arts of Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing. From basics to the more advanced art of striking, this class will finetune,
speed up, and strengthen your stand up skills for that knock-out!
Hardcore Ground training. Phenomenal class focusing on the art of jiu-jitsu. Fine-tune your ground skills and become the 'beast
in the cage' you've always wanted to be! Be prepared to train with the best and get that submission victory in seconds!
CONDITIONING DAMAGE I – (CD-I and CD-II)
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, prepare for an hour of training that will have your heart-pumping, fat-melting and
your body-pulsing. You will go through a series of warm-ups, boxing-drills, cardio intervals, and plyometrics that will keep you
focused, 'on your toes' and make you wonder where the hour went!
Yoga and Stretching done DAMAGE style. This class is 45 minutes of pure stretching and yoga moves to increase flexiblity,
strength, and balance. All of which are key components to becoming a well rounded fighter. Want those head kicks with ease?
Shoulders tight and want to increase flexibility so you don't tap out early? This is the class to do it!
DAMAGE MMA -
The merge of it all! Get comfortable practicing your skills in the cage! Work on techniques you've learned in the above classes as well as how to utilize the cage to your advantage. You will merge the arts of jiu-jitsu, wrestling, muay thai, kickboxing, boxing and conditioning to become the best fighter you can be!

Instructors will be present to do work, but no structured classes. “Freestyle” based on instructor present.
