A Family Restaurant The largest neon sign on the highway beckons all to come to the “Family” restaurant. With its reader board listing the day’s specials, Kirby and Holloway Family Restaurant has stood the test of time. Originally a small restaurant with counter service, Kirby’s skated into the 60’s with car-hop service to its parking lot patrons. The car-hop awning gave way to kitchen and dining room expansion that includes a banquet room that can accommodate a party of 50. Decorated in country and beach themes, the three separate dining areas give Kirby’s a comfortable atmosphere. Regular customers have their favorite table and will wait for it to become available.
