Anthony’s Restaurants is a family of unique restaurants located throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Our locally owned company traces its history to 1969 when founder, Budd Gould opened his first restaurant in Bellevue, Washington.  As the company grew focusing on waterfront view locations throughout the Puget Sound, a variety of concepts were developed to showcase the best of the Northwest in relaxed dinner houses and casual dining restaurants as well as traditional “to go” Fish N Chip bars.  In October 2011, the company went off the water to open Anthony’s Seafood Grill at Alderwood.

Anthony’s opened our own wholesale seafood company in 1984 to insure we consistently offer our guests the finest, highest quality fresh seafood.  Anthony’s Seafood operates with the sole purpose of meeting this goal.  We complement our fresh Northwest seafood with fresh “in season” local produce, Northwest wines and local microbrews.

Anthony’s Restaurants is a privately held company owned by a partnership of Seattle natives, Budd Gould, the Gould family and members of Anthony’s senior management team.  The company has more than 250 team members who have been with Anthony’s over 10 years and 70 having 20 or more years of service.  We have 15 multi-generational families working with us including one three generation family.

Their relationships with our seafood sources ensure that the seafood we offer comes from fishermen who practice the finest methods of handling fresh fish. Our HACCP trained team at Anthony’s Seafood has strict “Best Practice” standards for seafood inspection, testing and sanitation insuring our high standards for quality are continuously met.
