 Chef Raymond Arpke, co-owner and cookbook author with his wife, D'Arcy is the culinary inspiration of Euphemia Haye.  He integrates classical training, and innovative flair, and a love for fresh foods to provide consistently outstanding, American, global and slow cooked foods.  Breads, stock, sauces, soups, dressings, and desserts are homemade on the premises.  Our carefully prepared a la carte menu allows for fresh, local, and creative fare for all, including our vegetarian diners and healthy dining patrons.
