Company Overview: Feller Heating has been in operation for 30 years. It was started in 1979 as a sole proprietorship by Ed Feller (see our history for more info). Over the years it gained a reputation for quality and integrity and that reputation continues today.

John Larsen is company President, overseeing general / operations management, with specific responsibility for projects in the commercial division. Steve Felbinger is Vice-President and involved in general management and responsible for the overall management of the residential, service and marketing divisions.

The management team also includes Jacquee Larsen, corporate treasurer, responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions; Mike Campbell, field manager, responsible for coordination and management of the commerciawork crews; Scott Shea, residential field foreman, responsible for coordination and management of the residential work crews; Marty Bowmen shop fabrication foreman, responsible for management of all fabrication production; Laura Novak, office manager and dispatcher, responsible for daily scheduling of service crews and office communications.

The management team practices a progressive management style, including a team approach between employees. Efforts are made to allow involvement by our employees in key decisions involving their work.
