Since 1985, Briq's Soft Serve has been a Wausau ice cream tradition. Now in it's second generation, Briq's Soft Serve is still a family run locally owned business with eight locations in the Wausau area and North Central Wisconsin. Briq's is known for their quality soft serve, which is 96% fat free, customer service and fresh ingredients. All season long you can expect unique and different flavors like their strawberry-rhubard sundaes in the spring and caramel apple sundaes in the fall. Be sure to keep coming back as they're bound to have something new every month.
