A little about us...

Chocolate-dipped strawberries, New York cheesecake, fondant wedding cake and berry fillings, all made from scratch with fresh fruit and natural ingredients, are just some of the specialties offered by professional baker Shelly Wade. Shelly has always loved baking exceptional desserts. Her career started fifteen years ago when she created a special wedding cake as a gift for a dear friend’s wedding. That delicious cake made such an impression, soon the phone started to ring. Her business grew as she baked fine desserts for restaurants and wedding cakes for privately referred weddings.

Our Business

In August 2009, Shelly opened her new bakery on Church Street in downtown Visalia, located just one half block from the Visalia Convention Center and next door to Bliss Hair. Thanks to demand from our many wonderful customers, we've recently completed an expansion of our serving area. If you are planning a wedding, anniversary party, birthday, graduation, office party or other special occasion, call to meet with Shelly personally.
