Chef Vincent Paul Alexander has returned to the Sacramento fine dining scene. With his training under Chef Hubert Keller at Fleur de Lys and Wolfgang Puck at Postrio, few chefs in the Sacramento area have the pedigree that Chef Alexander brings.
