Welcome to the Bakery

The Little Cannoli Bakery is located in downtown Salem Oregon and produces the finest quality, old fashioned, desserts and breads daily.

Every morning the pastries, cookies, cakes, and pies are prepared by hand using the finest ingredients and then carefully baked to ensure the strict standards of quality and freshness demanded by pastry chef and bakery owner Tim Goods.

The Bistro

Customers can enjoy delicious desserts and breads fresh from the oven with tasty espresso, Italian sodas or tea drinks in the small bistro at the front of the bakery. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed; a great place to take a break or visit with friends.

Parties and Celebrations

Add a touch of class to your next important celebration with the bakery's custom Event Platters of fresh, beautifully made pastries and desserts. For the smaller parties and business meetings offer shortbread cookies, macaroons, biscotti, and brownies to your guests or clients.

All cakes are works of art, custom designed according to your event theme by The Little Cannoli Bakery and Marion Barnes. There are a variety of flavors and frostings to choose from and special requests are always considered.
