Extreme Chocolates, LLC began its journey in 2001, with the sole purpose of providing superb desserts and confections to the discriminating clientele of fine restaurants and luxury hotels in the Willamette Valley and greater Portland Metro Area.

Our recent move to a new facility in Salem will allow us to further expand and grow the “Extreme” side of our business, offering an array of sauces, potions, chocolates, and more.
