Staff

Kevin Svoboda, PT

Kevin Svoboda, PT is honored to now bring more than a decade of physical therapy experience to the residents of Racine and Kenosha counties. With a natural curiosity and lifelong drive to learn, Kevin began his impressive academic career at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Following his undergraduate career, Kevin received clinical education at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Columbus Hospital in Chicago, Ill. Shortly after, Kevin earned his degree in physical therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) in North Chicago, Ill.

Kevin began his career treating patients as a clinic director in Paddock Lake, Wis. and Union Grove, Wis. While treating patients in that community, Kevin personally attended to the recovery of high school, college and athletic patients; workman's compensation injuries; neurological conditions; post-surgical patients; conditions involving the temporomandibular joint (TMJ); spine-related dysfunction and sprains and strains. Kevin next embraced an opportunity to provide patient care and leadership to clinics nationwide, including practices in Alaska, Arizona, California and Louisiana.

Kevin now serves as the Clinical Growth & Development Director for a nationwide network of physical therapy clinics. Kevin also regularly teaches physical therapists across the country and has authored numerous articles related to the practice of physical therapy.

Kevin maintains an active relationship with RFUMS by providing guest lectures for the physical therapy program and serving as a member of its Admissions Review Committee. Kevin also serves as vice president of the RFUMS College of Health Professions Alumni Association. Kevin is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is also Membership Chair of the APTA's Occupational Health Special Interest Group
