If you are looking to rent a home, Columbia River Properties can help. They manage all types of rental properties from homes to studio apartments to large or luxury homes. The inventory of vacant homes is constantly changing, so check back often and regularly during your search for a rental home.

If you have searched our listings and see something you like feel free to drive by the property to get an idea of the exterior and neighborhood to see if it might be acceptable to you. If it looks like something you would like to see the inside of call our office and we will arrange a time for you to take a look.

All vacant homes are offered on a first come first serve basis which means the first person to submit an application gets first consideration. 

The screening process requires a good rental history, average or better credit, and a gross income at least 3 times the rent amount. Sometimes they can accept a qualified co-signor can offset an applicant’s deficiency. A more complete list of their screening criteria can be found on the last page of their rental application.
