Pho is the ultimate comfort food. Every bowl warms your body and soul. In our country, Pho helps to prevent and/or cure the cold and flu. There is no right or wrong way to enjoy a bowl of Pho. Everyone is different and each day is different, therefore, every bowl of pho should be different. One may prefer chicken or tofu while others shrimp or rare steak, brisket and even tripe and tendons. One may be spicier, sweeter, saltier, more lemony, more vegetables and on and on… But one thing is for sure, Pho Bowlevard, Vietnamese Grill prepares our broth exactly the same each day for your enjoyment.

The spices used for Pho Bowlevard’s broth are cinnamon, star anise, fennel, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cardamom. They are the characteristics that brings out the flavor and aroma that is essential to Pho. While other restaurants use MSG to enhance flavors, we do not add MSG to any of our menu items. We use all natural ingredients and our own family recipes to provide you with a clear broth and a clean, aromatic and full of flavors to every slurp.

Our broth is prepared for 10 hours before serving. Seasonings such as lime juice, chili, pepper, aromatic vegetables, Sriracha and Hoisin sauce are served separately and added depending on your taste and preference.

FRESH: In order to ensure freshness, we order our fresh ingredients multiple times each week. As a local business, we realize this may be more costly, however, we feel better knowing that our customers gets the benefit of fresh ingredients.

HEALTHY: We believe longevity lies in what we put in our bodies. At Pho Bowlevard, we use no food preservatives or enhancers such as MSG. MSG is known to cause many health problems and allergies in almost everyone. Most of our dishes are very low in calories, low in fat, and Gluten-Free. Pho Bowlevard uses all natural vegetable ingredients in place of MSG and offer Vegetarian choices for Vegans.
