Lavon Films is a partnering business with Lavon Studios (a website/design company) and is owned and operated by Derek Dienner. Derek and his wife Ashley have been filming weddings together for the past 4 years, and Derek has been filming weddings for 8 years. Since they are just going on there third year of marriage, they understand the time and energy that is involved in wedding planning and budgeting, and try to work hard to eliminate any stress that will come with picking a wedding videographer.

Derek and his wife Ashley, along with his editing team, work hard to capture each wedding as an epic and beautiful day. Photos have helped couples remember the elegance and beauty of a wedding day for many years, but Lavon Films believes that this can also be communicated through video.

Derek got his start in video at a young age by filming and editing an advertising video for Acts Bible School, and working with sound and video in his church for many years. He still continues to work with his local church, and volunteers much of his time at Chabod Academy of the Arts as their media director. His passion for God, the arts, and for video is what keeps him going and allows for his creativity to shine through his work.
