Blow Salon & Spa is an Aveda Concept Salon & Spa and was voted Best of Citysearch in Orange County.

The salon is centrally located on Forest Avenue in downtown Laguna Beach. Blow Salon & Spa is headed by Tracy Welsh, who following a successful 20 year career London, England, moved to California 5 years ago to introduce a touch of European Style to an already popular salon.
