Owner and co-founder Joseph Stafford began Crossroads Insurance and Benefits with his wife over 15 years ago.  Prior to Crossroads, Joe worked as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Consultant.  He also served as a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he started in public accounting.  

Joe is a CPA, Insurance Producer, Member of the Indianapolis Chapter of National Health Underwriters Association and Member of the Indianapolis, Greenwood and Indiana Chambers of Commerce as well as BNI Indianapolis.  He is a graduate from the University of Indianapolis where he received his BS in Account and Marketing.  Later Joe received his MBA in finance from the Kelley School of Business.  Joe's tax background provides a unique advantage in the current health insurance market due to constant changes involving health savings accounts (HSA's), health reimbursement arrangements (HRA's) and other important tools available to employers and employees.
