At Piney Mountain Orchards & Produce,
we pick our farm fresh produce daily & deliver it to market fresh to you at peak flavor.

When we say, "Gettin it Fresh" we mean it...
any fresher, and you'd have to pick it yourself!

Our farm is located in Fruitland, NC. We are a fourth generation apple farm growing several types of produce. Our crops are picked daily to ensure they are at their peak for flavor. Our apples and peaches are picked tree-ripe for flavor that is perfect. It'll make you remember when you climbed the trees as a child yourself!

We grow 33 varieties of apples, and owner Wade Edney was the 2002 NC Apple Grower of the Year. As fourth generation apple farmers, we've been right here in Henderson County for generations. In fact, we are proud direct decendents of Samuel Edney, the first Methodist Circuit Riding Minister for whom Edneyville was named.

We are a "Certified Roadside Market" so we have to grow most of what we sell. Plus, we are proud members of ASAP, the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project as well as the Blue Ridge Apple Growers Association.
