At Eats4Life your first consultation is ONE HOUR and is FREE of charge. They discuss how the program works, including my philosophy using the Glycemic Index and measured portions based on body fat percentages. I take body fat measurements, weight and circumferences to determine now much food you need. Together, we’ll go over your schedule and review a list of REAL foods to see what you like and what foods are convenient for you to eat during certain times of the day.

After one week, you return to receive your customized nutrition program, which includes a seven day menu indicating the food (including brands) and how much of it you are to eat.

Then you come back every two weeks to get re-weighed, measured and most importantly, to LEARN. You receive handouts on dining out, the Glycemic Index, general nutrition and the importance of cycling.

You can expect 5% drop in body fat, 1 to 2 pound loss per week and 1 to 2 clothing size difference in the first 3 month.
