Folsom Lake Fitness is a highly effective and affordable personal training studio that provides one-on-one attention in a small group setting. Our mission is to empower the men and women of Folsom to age with ease, lose weight, get in shape, keep up with their kids, look great, tone up, and feel productive throughout the day. Programs and Clinics
Personal Training for Small Groups
We combine the best of personal training and the best of group exercise to give our clients better results, affordable rates, and a highly motivating experience. The program is comprised of “Conditioning” and “Total Body Strength” (TBS) sessions that are offered in an alternating schedule, allowing clients to work with a team of personal trainers for up to 5 days a week. Although the program is specifically geared towards fat loss, many of our clients see dramatic improvements in strength, flexibility, endurance, and energy levels.
Workouts are written as part of a 16 week cycle in which clients improve all aspects of their physical capabilities, appearance, and overall health. An initial assessment is performed to determine the client’s level and body composition and then they are re-evaluated periodically throughout the 16 week cycle. Clients are provided with journals and customized coaching notes to accelerate individual results and build confidence quickly.
