the Boiler Room in Kalispell, Montana serves breakfast and lunch daily, along with our award winning coffees, espresso, teas and other signature drinks.  The menu features locally sourced products and ingredients to complement our specials and staple items such as the assortment of Boiler Room waffles on the weekends, salads and sandwiches.

 

The Boiler Room owners Vince and Charlette Padilla have turned the rebuilt boiler building on the corner of 8th St and 6th Ave East into a hub of the Eastside community.  The goal is to maintain a community atmosphere that promotes strong ties to local artists as well as offering really great coffee and food!

 

    

 

At the Boiler Room we put a lot of time and effort into finding exceptional roasters. When we found Cafe Vita we knew that they would be our roaster of choice. They uphold the highest standards from the quality of their bean to their socially responsible buying, and the growers that they choose.  When our first bag of Vita coffee arrived we had heard of farm direct coffee but never really understood what it meant for us as consumers.  After working with Caffe Vita and drinking copious amounts of their coffee we now understand that it means unmatchable beans and the peace of mind that our fellow coffee enthusiasts in other countries are being well cared for.

 

    

 

Live music is a big part of what we offer to help spotlight both local musicians as well as those passing through our beautiful Valley.  Coffee shops and live music have always been synonymous and we enjoy hosting our Open Mic Friday night at the  Boiler Room.
