The Hamilton Event Center has some exciting news to share with you: This June will be our fifth anniversary, and... we want to celebrate with you! The party will be Thursday, May 30, from 4:30-7:30 pm, and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber will be hosting a ribbon cutting at 5 pm. We’re so excited to host you and some of our favorite local vendors who will be joining us by showing off their special talents. Come listen to Beat Boss Entertainment take a break from DJ’ing the Thunder games to drop the beats for us while you enjoy food provided by Millie's Table. We know you'll need something to sip on so Spirits A Go Go has concocted a complimentary signature drink and will also have a cash bar set up and ready. Be sure to leave enough room for dessert because Sweet Peace will be designing a candy buffet and Nothing Bundt Cakes will have a few of their yummy bundt cakes for you to sample.
Seats will be available inside, and if the weather is cooperating and you want to enjoy it feel free to take your food and drinks out on our patio where our bistro tables and lounge furniture from Mood Party Rentals will be set up. Designs by Tammy is contributing some floral centerpieces and bringing in a sample bridal bouquet to showcase her creativity. Sundance Photography will be taking pictures of you as you view our facility and mingle with new, and old, friends, and watch out for AMVideo who will be providing videography. For entertainment throughout the evening be sure to put on a silly hat and a feather boa and visit the photo booth from MiPics Photo Booth and be sure to stick around for the champagne toast compliments of Perfect Wedding Guide.
There’s no better place to be on Thursday, May 30, than at The Hamilton Event Center. The fun starts at 4:30pm and continues until 7:30pm, and be sure to bring a friend, or four. If you’re a wedding vendor or party planner and haven’t been out to see us yet this would be the perfect time to see what we can do! (FYI, we do it all! Weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, etc.) We look forward to seeing you there!
