Meraki Barre is a dynamic and fun studio! We offer classes developed with creativity, passion, intelligence and a strong desire to help people achieve and maintain a happy and healthy life.  We bring a creative, dynamic and passionate spin to mind-body fitness classes!

Barre ~ Designed to strengthen and tone your seat, thigh, and abdominal muscles using ballet and Pilates movements. Small and strong isometric movements increase strength, lengthen muscles, and slim problem areas. Meraki Barre is suitable for all body types and levels of physical ability. Expect to feel challenged, motivated and inspired to take your health into your hands. You decide who you want to be, how you want to look and how you want to feel!

Barre Lux ~ We fuse together everything you love about the Barre with complimenting Yoga postures to give you a 75-minute Barre and Yoga class.
 
A.B.T. ~  Three words: Abs... Butt... Thighs... This 45 minute class focuses on these three areas giving you a mid-day boost of energy and extra strength training to help sculpt those problem areas! Don't feel guilty at lunch time, come to the barre and join us for our A.B.T. course!
 
TRX ~ TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX device is attached to an anchor point. Each participant then grabs the handles with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles. One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for the different exercises. Having the ability to change the body's angle allows one to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise.
 
POUND ~ Pound™ is the workout with the widest scope on the market, combining resistance training, isometric movement, fat-burning cardio, agility mastery, proprioceptive acuity (the skill that dancers have that allows them to have heightened awareness of where each body part is in space), symmetry restoration and balance. One hour of Pound™ing burns 900 calories, tones all of your large muscle groups, fine-tunes all of your supporting muscles, ligaments and tendons, and amps your cardiovascular system.
 
Yoga Sculpt ~ A total body workout. Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class boosts your metabolism and pushes your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are incorporated in the sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body.
