In 1988, King Mortgage Company was founded by Sandy King in Sarasota, Florida and has operated continually since. In 2007 Michael Davenport joined Ms King, and King Realty Associates, LLC was created. Our specialties are working with buyers purchasing homes and with existing home owners seeking alternative solutions to foreclosure and the resale of foreclosed homes.

Michael Davenport is the Designated Real Estate Broker/Owner for the real estate entity and Sandy King is the Principal Broker/Owner for the mortgage entity and a Reverse Mortgage Specialist. We both  have decades of actual experience. 

Michael has been in the industry since 1969 and Sandy since 1976. Combined, we offer over 75 years of solid career professional knowledge, experience and expertise. In addition, Sandy is also a Certified Notary Signing Agent and handles real estate/mortgage closings of any type for those in need of signing services in the Sarasota/Manatee area.
