Seven Sushi is the entrepreneurial endeavor of husband and wife Patrick and Sarah Behler and brothers Drew and Nick Chlebeck. Covering both traditional, and American influenced Japanese Cuisine.  Seven is the best choice to enjoy the freshest of ingredients in a clean, and relaxed atmosphere. Our dedication is not only to the freshness of product, but also to sustainability, and community involvement.  Our vision, and mission with Seven Sushi is to provide a high quality dinning experience.  Educating, and changing the publics understanding of sushi through a safe, and sustainable approach.  We promise to always do our best!

Seven Sushi firmly believes that it is our role as a restaurant to be part of the solution, not the problem. We have partnered with Montana Fish Company to provide a functioning menu for sustainably harvested products. It is with this partnership that we have been able to begin the journey of sustainable sourcing. The sushi industry has a unique tie to the viability of our oceans. The Monteray Bay Aquariums Seafood Watch program is our guide to what we offer, and what to avoid. Together with these recommendations, and guidlines Seven Sushi along with Montana Fish Company are actively seeking out the best alternatives possible. It is our firm belief that Seven Sushi can have a genuine, and relevant impact on our oceans future.  Here at Seven will be offering our customers alternatives to the most delicate items and continually will strive to support safe fisheries, and avoid threatened species. We simply will not settle for the status quo. Our oceans, and our customers deserve the respect, and comfort of knowing we are trying to be a positive, and influential part of a better, lasting future.
