At Norris Hot Springs, we try to EAT LOCAL – our menu is locally sourced and organic, as much as possible. It is not only the right thing to do, our food is fresher and more delicious as a result. Most of the produce we offer is grown in our gardens & greenhouse or by small farmers nearby. We are happy to offer vegan options, vegetarian choices and plenty of local, grass-fed Montana meat for you carnivores!
