We use plain non-fat yogurt and skim milk to make our frozen yogurt.  We make our frozen yogurt FRESH daily.  It is low calorie, non-fat, and has all the active cultures of the yogurt.

Why is the fruit frozen in my yogurt if you only use fresh fruit?        
   
The frozen yogurt is dispensed between 12 and 19 degrees F. When your fresh fruit sits in the yogurt for even a short period of time, it freezes. The same thing happens to the chocolate chips!
       
What are the Moristas doing with the whisk in the machine?        

We use natural ingredients in our frozen yogurt, so they separate when they sit for a while. We stir our product to keep it from separating. We have a timer to help us remember to stir.        
           
Why can’t I get my favorite topping all the time?        

We only use fresh fruit in our store, so we have fruit that is in season. We carry more dry toppings in the winter when fruit is difficult to obtain. If you aren't able to get your favorite topping right now, be patient. It will be in the bar as soon as it is available to us. We are always looking for new toppings, and suggestions are encouraged.        

Why do you only have two flavors of frozen yogurt?        

We use REAL yogurt in our product which has a very distinctive taste. Only certain flavors work well with it's distinctive taste. Most self-serve frozen yogurt shops are able to have numerous flavors because they use a pre-mixed product that is made from powdered yogurt. We will always have Original flavor but will change the second flavor periodically. Eventually, we will be able to add a second machine with two additional flavors.
