Residential Cleaning-

Please call to schedule your free in home estimate. We offer a flat rate pricing for our weekly, biweekly, or monthly residential cleaning. We always furnish all necessary equipment and supplies. Our residential service is available Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Our goal is to complete each job to the client’s satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service simply call within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning and we will gladly come back and correct the problem free of charge. Environmentally safe products available on request.

Commercial Cleaning-

Our commercial service is available seven days per week, both during and after hours. We offer 30 day net billing to all our commercial accounts. The scope of our cleaning can range from basic trash removal to a full service cleaning. Please call to schedule an estimate and we will promptly send you a customized proposal based on yourcompany’s needs.

Spring Cleaning-

IT’s Clean offers spring cleaning on a one-time or as needed basis.  Both flat rate and hourly rate pricing is available for this service.

New Construction Cleaning-

IT’s Clean takes pride in doing quality work in a timely manner. We offer competitive pricing and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please call and we’ll be happy to schedule an estimate for all your new construction cleaning needs.

Move-Out Cleaning-

IT’s Clean offers a thorough move-out cleaning for empty homes and/or apartments. We have flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate your move-in or move-out date. Please ask about our hourly rate, which is available exclusively for your move-out cleaning needs.

We can do the simple things like watering plants and turning on lights, all the way up to maintaining your yard or shoveling snow. We also gladly forward all your mail so you can extend your stay. Please ask about our other house sitting options.

•     Move-out cleaning starts at $35.00 per hour
•     Spring cleaning starts at $35.00 per hour
•     Commercial Cleaning based on estimate

•     All other Jobs will be on an estimate basis
