• Included in all full-Staging services is on-going support.  We will check in with you weekly to see if your house needs "freshened up".   Also, should you need additional help relating to the sale of your home, we can help there too.
• We are licensed and insured and believe in respecting our clients'' things as though they were our own.

With your permission, I will come to your home and get to know you on a personal level.  I''ll come and tour your home asking you questions and taking notes about your goals.  We''ll discuss how much or how little you would like me to do.  Then, I will take all of this information and create an in-depth, detailed report for you, outlining everything needed to get your home staged and ready for sale.  Once your home staging is complete, your home listing will be added to the nationally known website www.StagedHomes.com for that additional marketing edge at no charge.

Consultation Price Range:  $100-250 (includes detailed report)*

We can stage your home, occupied or vacant, with just a little tweaking on up to doing a full staging.  We will work with you within your budget and your timeframe to meet your needs.  No job is too small or too big and we will work hard no matter what you would like us to do.  We can also help you de-clutter too!.

Staging Price Range:  Pricing  starts as low as $100 for occupied homes*  (Average cost for vacant property is between $200-1000, more options available)
