	Bozone Select is the flagship offering from Bozeman Brewing Company. A light amber ale that has a medium malt body gently balanced by a hint of hops for a clean, refreshing finish. Dry hopped with Cascade hops for a pleasant aroma. Made with Pale, Crystal & Vienna malts; Starting Gravity of 1.052 and an alcohol by volume 5.5%. Draught Only
	This American version of a German classic wheat beer is unfiltered resulting in its turbid appearance. A light malt body with a mild yeasty flavor and a cloudy, golden color makes this beer refreshing and satisfying. The Hefe Weizen style has enjoyed remarkable success in the Pacific Northwest in the past decade accounnting for as much as 90% of some breweries total production. Pronounced: Hay-fuh-vytzen....which translates to yeast wheat. Made with 60% Wheat; Starting Gravity of 1.058 and an alcohol by volume of 6.0%. Draught Only
	Plum St. Porter is named in honor of the unique Northeast neighborhood section of Bozeman, where the brewery is located. An eclectic and somewhat eccentric mixture of homes, businesses and art studios. Plum St. Porter is a rich blend of six different malts including wheat, brown and chocolate for a velvety smooth texture. For a brewery that doesn't emphasize taproom sales, Bozeman Brewing has a lot of special, community-based events to attract more customers. On Monday, Scott has a bluegrass band to serenade patrons. On Tuesday, anybody coming in with a company t-shirt or hat gets his or her first pint for $1 ($3.50 normally). On "Food Bank Wednesday," anybody bringing in a non-perishable food item for Montana Food Bank gets one dollar off his/her first pint. On Friday from 12:30 to 3 pm, you can get $2.00 off growler refills. On Sunday Funday,' $0.50 from every pint sold goes to "the non-profit of the day."
